Refund & Deposit Policy
At Affordable Recording Services, we aim to keep our booking and cancellation policies fair and transparent.

Because projects can vary greatly in time and complexity, a deposit will only be requested when booking a large project or a session requiring extended studio time or preparation.

If a deposit has been made and the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will be retained to cover lost time and preparation.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a refund of any deposit paid.

Appointments may be rescheduled without loss of deposit with more than 24 hours of notice.

Once a session has taken place, refunds are not available. However, we do offer a reasonable amount of revisions and adjustments where possible to ensure the final result meets your expectations.

If a project is being carried out remotely a refund may be given before the project has been worked on and within 24 hours of booking.
